Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products.
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after quality check of the returned item.
- Refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene & food safety, opened spice packs cannot be returned.
